Feed your body

Strengthen your mind!

I hold an MSc in Psychology, complemented by certifications in mental health, counselling, and psychotherapy. Recently, I completed an advanced diploma in health and nutrition, which involved working on diverse case studies, such as supporting a 35-year-old recovering from an ischemic stroke and assisting a busy professional managing menopausal symptoms. Alongside these qualifications, I am currently undertaking formal clinical practice as I progress toward becoming a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor in the coming months.

My core work focuses on the relationship between lifestyle and mental health. I believe that the mind and the body need to be nurtured as one; and treated as two interdependent aspects of ourselves. Together, we’ll explore your everyday habits such as sleep, nutrition, and movement; and we will consider how they impact every aspect of your wellbeing.

I believe in a natural, ‘wholefoods’ approach to nutrition that emphasises variety and enjoyment. Rather than suggesting faddish diets, I will help you develop a balanced relationship with food, which allows for as varied a diet as possible. Eating is about much more than sustenance: it is about nourishing your body, feeding your mind, and celebrating life.
